THE HOUSR OF ARTS

Gerard Bacher – Beit Ha’am in its historical name,
The house was built in the 1960s for Eichmann’s trial in order to accommodate all the hundreds of witnesses and the audience.
The trial was a landmark and turning point in Israeli society and the trauma of the Holocaust,
The renovation of the building is modern, creating transparency between the inside and the outside, as is the lighting of the main lobby
Create a connection in the night image from the view from the square
The main hall and especially the walls of the hall have been carefully restored, they are a well-known visual code from the photographs of the trial,
They are highlighted with hidden lighting, and wrap the entire hall in a dramatic layer of light.
The main lobby is lit with a mobile of gold onions with one LED DMX controlled and creates a slow and pleasant movement in the central space.
